Ahoskie, N.C. – Fybe, a broadband service provider and a subsidiary of Roanoke Cooperative, is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Newsome to Director of Outside Plant Construction.
Newsome first joined the team in 2000 as a Line Technician and worked his way through the ranks, giving him a thorough understanding of Fybe’s service area and the many roles involved when planning fiber expansion projects. In his new position, he’ll oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of the outside plant network infrastructure. With more than 20 years of experience on this team and in this industry, he’s a natural fit to take on this responsibility.
“Adam’s comprehensive expertise makes him an asset as we continue expanding our fiber network in rural communities,” said Bo Coughlin, COO of Fybe. “We look forward to seeing his continued impact as he takes on this elevated key leadership role.”
