Hertford County, N.C. – Fybe, a broadband service provider and a subsidiary of Roanoke Cooperative, proudly served the Hertford County community during its most recent We Care Day on Friday, October 13, 2023. Providing all the supplies and volunteers for the project, Fybe painted the exterior of several facilities for PAWS of Hertford County.
“Our team wants to connect with the areas we serve,” said Bo Coughlin, COO. “We see these service days as opportunities to show our commitment to the communities our consumers call home.”
A local and highly respected animal rescue group, PAWS for Hertford County is a non-profit organization that provides veterinary care, fosters, and adoptions to dogs and cats in need.
“We are so grateful for Fybe’s help in making our buildings more inviting for potential adopters,” said JoAnn Jones, chairman of the PAWS board. “Their efforts have made a difference in our mission to find loving homes for our furry friends.”
Fybe has committed to hosting more We Care Days in the future. The team is set to volunteer in the communities they serve at least once a quarter. For more information, visit www.gofybe.com.
