What is “GoRC&Fybe”?

 

“GoRC&Fybe” is a new customer portal offering seamless account management and bill payment options for Roanoke Cooperative and Fybe customers. Whether accessed through our web portal or the convenient “GoRC&Fybe” smartphone app, we aim to streamline the account management process, saving our valued customers time and money.

How do I register?

To register, you will need an active email address and your account number. You can choose to register either on your computer or through the app. The process is quite similar either way but has different steps to begin.

On a Laptop or Desktop Computer

  1. Click on the “GoRC&Fybe” registration button on our website, which will take you to the login screen.
  2. On the login screen, click on the “Don’t have an account? Register now” link.
  3. Fill out the registration form completely, including the requested verification information. Then, click “Register” to continue.
    NOTE: Answers must match account info exactly, so make sure you have that info on hand.
  4. When successful, you’ll get a “Congratulations” notification, along with instructions on how to continue, which will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Locate the verification email in your inbox and click on the “Verify Account” link provided.
  6. Once you have verified your account, you will be taken to a screen where you can set your password. Enter your password, re-enter it for confirmation, and click the “Save” button.
  7. During your first login, you’ll be asked a few questions, including a prompt to set your security phrase. Answer these questions, and once complete, you will be ready to use the service!
  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play, search for “GoRC&Fybe,” and install the app on your device.
  2. Once installed, tap the app icon to open it, which will take you to the login screen.
  3. On the login screen, tap on the “Don’t have an account? Register now” link.

How can I find my account number?

You can find your account number on your latest bill. You can also call our customer service team at 1-(800)-433-2236, and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I activate Paperless Billing, Alerts, and Notifications, etc.?

During registration, there should be an opt-in request for paperless billing and other options. However, you can change your preferences at any time by going to the Settings menu and clicking on the sub-menu that corresponds to what you would like to do.

I’m no longer registered for Auto Pay. Why not?

If you previously participated in the Auto Pay program, you'll need to re-enroll on this new platform. Here’s how:

  • In either the web portal or the app, click on the “Bill & Pay” option.
    • For web users, this option can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. For app users, this option can be found along the row at the bottom.
  • Click on the “Auto Pay Program” link and follow the steps to complete.

How will billing cycles be affected?

Effective December 4th, 2023, bill due dates and bank draft withdrawal dates have been adjusted based on their previous scheduling. For a detailed breakdown of the updated billing cycle, please refer to our Billing Change PDF.
