Most recently, he held a Director of Sales position with I3 Broadband where he Increased net additions by over 10k while adding over $1 million in revenue.  He also constructed and implemented a new commission plan increasing penetration while reducing EBITDA by $500,000 YoY.

In addition, Adrian’s core competencies include KPI/Metrics tracking, forecasting/budgeting, strategic market planning, and new business development. He is an out-of-the-box thinker who is organized with a keen eye for detail, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and exceed company targets.
